Jacqueline brings two decades of public relations expertise to South Shore Public Relations, specializing in brand development, crisis communications, and strategic marketing for global industry leaders and local organizations alike. Before opening South Shore Public Relations, her impressive professional experience included working in the strategic communications space for companies such as NIPSCO, The Professional Convention Management Association, and De Rigo Rem. A Purdue University alumna with both a bachelor’s in Communications and a master’s in Global Strategic Communications from the Brian Lamb School of Communication at Purdue, Jacqueline serves on the board of the Public Relations Society of America’s Chicago chapter and is a registered member of the Commission on Public Relations Education Research. Beyond her professional commitments, she actively serves on multiple nonprofit boards and regularly volunteers her time to support local nonprofit organizations.
Recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field, Jacqueline was named a 2024 Woman on the Rise by Purdue University’s Society of Innovators and an Influential Finalist in Marketing by the Northwest Indiana Influential Women Association. Her deep roots in Northwest Indiana, combined with her global experience and local insights, make her uniquely positioned to serve clients in the region and beyond. Jonathan Thomas, our Chief Digital Officer, brings a career of results-driven experience in digital marketing and communications to our firm. As the publisher of Anglotopia.net, the world’s largest Anglophile website with 2 million annual visitors, Jonathan has demonstrated his ability to build and engage global audiences across multiple platforms. His expertise extends to social media marketing, where he’s cultivated a following of 220,000 Facebook fans, 50,000 email subscribers, and a significant presence on Threads and Instagram. Jonathan’s strategic insight is further evidenced by his ongoing consultancy work with Blacknight, Ireland’s largest web host and domain registrar, where he contributes to international marketing and communications strategies.
A published author of several British travel guides, including “101 London Travel Tips” and “Anglotopia’s Dictionary of British English,” Jonathan combines his content creation skills with a deep understanding of the UK travel and leisure market. His comprehensive knowledge spans website development and management, hosting services, podcasting, and video production, allowing our firm to offer clients a truly integrated approach to digital communications.
